Refund policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.  We go though a lot of effort to build your order and make sure its right.  

Order cancellations are subject to a 20% fee to cover material and payment processing costs.  This isn't paying for someone to cancel your order, its to cover the charge imposed by the credit card company when you completed your purchase.
