Shipping & Order Policy
Order Processing Time
All products are hand-built and assembled to order in the sequence they are received. Processing times can vary depending on order volume and product configuration.
Typical processing time is 1–5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship via UPS Ground Advantage or USPS Ground Advantage unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout. If an expedited or alternate service is chosen, that method will be used when available.
Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control once the package has shipped.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. If tracking shows “Label Created” but no movement yet, the package is awaiting carrier pickup.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order cancellations are permitted prior to shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover labor and materials. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or carrier error outside our control, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
