Overview
Honda hybrids play an external pedestrian warning sound (AVAS) at low speed and in reverse. Our plug-and-play bypass quiets it so you can enjoy the peace and quiet your hybrid was built for.
The module is fully potted, uses marine-grade wire and genuine OEM connectors, terminals and seals for OEM-level quality and an error-code-free install. Most installs take about 5 minutes with just a flat-blade screwdriver.

A wonderful product to silence the AVAS.
In still, peaceful and quiet environments, the “hailing angels” sound can be obnoxious. Leaving early in the morning for the gym, camping at the lake quiet times can be completely obliterated by the AVAS.

Works great! Easy to install once you figure out how to remove the clips and get them back in place. I wish there had been a YouTube video showing step by step how to do this, which would have been a big help. I figured it out after Googling how to reinstall the panel clips and its easy once you know how to push the center of the clips out so they can fit back into the slots and reattach. I wasn’t able to figure out how to find a place to zip tie the dongle to because its really cramped in there on the 11th Gen Civic Hybrid , so I just left it hanging inside, but I think it will be ok as there’s no place for it to go anyways. So glad they make this, as I hate the spaceship sounds. Its always the driver’s responsibility not to hit pedestrians or other vehicles so if you’re always driving carefully and reasonably there won’t ever be an issue in the first place. Just assume any pedestrians that don’t see you might walk out in front of you, and drive with extreme caution anytime you’re in an area where pedestrians are possibly walking, and all will be well.
Easy to install and the silence is magnificent.
If you’re tired of the space ship sound when you reverse or go forward. This is what you want! No errors massage. Super easy install. Just remember when you service your vehicle at a Honda Dealership to remove and put back to original condition or I’m sure your warranty will be voided.

Installs and works exactly as stated. Install took 5 minutes .the car used to scare people if I started out close to them. Especially in reverse. That is no longer a problem. Haven't come close to hurting anyone. Patrons did not like my car at the local restaurant. Doesn't bother anyone now.

Fast and easy way to squelch the ridiculous noise. Plug and play. Install was super easy and took 10 mins at most.
For the maker, the addition of an on/off switch would be great (and I'd pay more for it). There are times when having the AVAS system functional would be wise such as when taking the car in for service, especially warranty service. It seems dealer's are always looking for an excuse to deny a warranty claim. I can think of other reasons as well.
The AVAS item is very well designed and made from high quality materials. The bottom line is that it works and makes my vehicle so much more enjoyable to drive. Thanks for providing this wonderful service.
Does exactly what it's advertised to do. It made my car quiet when I come home at 2A.M. perfectly, so my neighbors don't have to hear all manners of noises. Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Works excellently, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent product! Works like magic. The best part - I can disconnect it before taking it to our dealer and no questions asked. We disconnect the "ghost" sound when we are in Nature - fishing, hunting, etc. Definitely worth the price - built well and cost is reasonable. Recommend!

I am so glad this product exists! I got absolutely tired of the 'Angel Halo' sound on my 2025 Accord Hybrid. Leaving for work early in the morning, that sound got old very quickly. If you are looking to mute your car's sound, this product is definitely the way to go. Highly recommend!
