The Ford Hybrid Billet Fuel Door Pin was, as advertised. A nice metal design and easy to install. Before purchasing it, I watched the installation video and it was very easy to follow. Looks like a great product to replace the failing plastic billet fuel door pin.

Aluminum definitely beats plastic. I don’t know why Ford would make the door release so flimsy that a gas dispenser would break it upon shutting off after filling the tank. Best $49 I’ve spent on this truck!

Great product and easy install!! I did need the existing rubber piece and the included blue washer thing it came with. Without the blue washer it did not close all the way so mine did take the factory rubber "cover" and the blue washer. 2024 XLT Mid Powerboost
